⦁    League fee paid upfront ($500 for 11man; $250 for 8man; $200 for 6man) refundable if not accepted into league.

⦁    Financials (minimum of $2,000) with actual bank account

⦁    Contract with a Venue

⦁    Liability Insurance in Place

⦁    Contract for Transportation

⦁    Contact Number for Refereeing Crew

⦁    Legit Registration with their State

⦁    Team Logo (meeting league requirements)

These items MUST be in your video presentation. A date and time will be set up for you to make your presentation to the Team Owners Board. League fee MUST be paid in advance of your presentation. If not accepted, your fee will be refunded. If accepted, you will be notified and your league fee will be applied for the 2024 season.
